Surface shader for Earth or other atmospheric planets. It features:

-Two colors for the atmosphere (inner and outer);
-Clouds movement (both directions);
-Clouds height from ground;
-Night lights;
-Sun reflection only in the water occluded by the clouds;
-Compatible with DX11
-Compatible with mobile platforms
-Supports Shader Model 2
