Modular Stylized Colonial Town

Inspired by Bioshock architecture and aesthetics of the witness game, We made a modular town with PBR high-resolution textures to get that AAA feeling for your games.

Now you can build highly detailed colonial town alleys and streets with modular buildings and props in your game.

Buildings are modular so its advised to use optimization tools to reduce draw calls.

Buildings are not optimized for mobile

The current scene with no optimizations runs 60fps on 970GTX in unity editor at 3440x1440 resolution.
