WebGL Speech

WebGL Speech combines the [WebGL Speech Detection] and [WebGL Speech Synthesis] packages. Both package were originally created for the WebGL platform and support other platforms using a [Speech Proxy]. Both packages require a browser with the built-in [Web Speech API], like Chrome. Speech detection and synthesis require an Internet connection. Check the [browser compatibility] to see which browsers implemented the Speech API.
