You need Photoshop above CS3 to customize/edit/access this product, in its PSD form.
Citadel is an RPG GUI made for Fantasy Medieval style games. Features many quality elements and two types of box headings. This GUI is an improvement on an old project I did and this is the result now. Resolution 1920x1080.
