DreamMaker GPU Capture Encoder

This plugin can record H264 video with NVIDIA NVENC in realtime，and finally generate a mp4 file.
Environment：
1. Nvidia：NVIDIA Quadro, Tesla, GRID or GeForce products with Kepler, Maxwell and Pascal generation GPUs.
2. NVidia Windows Display Driver：375.95 or newer.
3. Target platform：windows Editor、windows standalone
4. OS：window7 sp1 or newer.
Function：
1. Support record mp4 in realtime.
2. Support 720p60fps、1080p60fps、2160p30fps and other resolution,and max resolution is 3840x2160.
3. Support record audio.
4. Support chinese directory.
