To nest Products, drag and drop the relative named Ivy mesh onto the Prop in the Hierarchy Tab. Select the Ivy mesh in the now nested group and in Properties, click the : in the top right corner and chose Reset. The Ivy mesh will snap into its place. Whatever edits you do with the Prop mesh, the Ivy will automatically follow suit.
