Customizable Wooden Floor Material Collection - URP/HDRP

No rating !(1 Vote)
$- $-

A pack of 19 different wood floor materials using Shader Graph, allowing for numerous customisation options. Customise color, brightness/darkness of planks, smoothness, add a varnish layer and dust, and much more!

Shader comes in both HDRP and URP variants, with HDRP supporting Parallax Occlusion Mapping and Clear Coat features. Textures are provided at both 4K (4096) and 2K (2048) resolutions.

Shader options:

- Dust Amount: Add a layer of dust to the material, also reduces the shine.
- Tint Color: Color multiplied on top of the Albedo/BaseColor.
- Tint Amount: Intensity of the tint color.
- Hue: Offset hue of Albedo/BaseColor.
- Varnish Amount: Adds a layer of varnish to the wood. Darkens the base color, increases smoothness, and lowers the intensity of the normal map.
- Brick Pattern Brightness 1/2/3/4: Each wood material comes with a pattern map using the RGBA channels that allows you to vary the brightness/darkness of certain planks, allowing for alternating bright/dark planks, checkerboard patterns and other effects.
- Brick Pattern Tint: Add a tint color that's multiplied onto the above mentioned Brick Pattern values.
- Smoothness: Global smoothness of material.
- Tile/Rotate/Offset: Transform and tile material.
- POM Height (Lit Shader ver. only): Increase the height of parallax occlusion mapping, making the planks 3D. For more information on the POM mapping node, see: https://docs.unity3d.com/Packages/[email protected]/manual/SGNode-Parallax-Occlusion-Mapping.html
- POM Steps: Higher values increases the accuracy of the POM effect, at a greater performance cost.
- Brighten-Darken: Global adjustment of Albedo/BaseColor.
- Saturation: Albedo/BaseColor saturation.
- Clear Coat: Adds a clear coat effect to the material - a separate reflective layer that creates a more realistic varnish effect to the wood. Note that increasing the value above 0 adds a performance cost. More information on the clear coat effect can be found at: https://blogs.unity3d.com/2018/12/19/unity-2018-3-shader-graph-update-lit-master-node/
- RandPlank Darken: Darkens some of the planks to add a greater level of variation.
- Gap Smoothness: Change the smoothness of the gaps between planks

Maps:

WoodFloor BaseColor
WoodFloor Normal
WoodFloor Height-AO- Smoothness: Packed map containing height, ambient occlusion and smoothness data in the red, green and alpha channels respectfully.
WoodFloor Varnish-Dust-RandID: Packed map containing information such as grayscale varnish, dust and randomly darkened planks, in red, green and blue channels. The varnish and random channels are at 4x scale to create variation when the texture is tiled.
WoodFloor ColorPatternID:. Map containing a unique pattern for each wood material using the RGBA channels, allowing the user to brighten, darken each plank.
