A set of old, dirty-looking bathroom props ideal for horror or post-apocalyptic scenes, or really just a bathroom that desperately needs some cleaning. Each item comes with a dirty and a clean-ish version of materials.

All objects use PBR Materials, with Base Color, Metallic, Roughness, and Normal maps.
