The terrain and buildings assets are modular and will snap with each other or on a grid (hold "V"or "ctrl" to do so)

There are 2 rigged characters with 3 skins each and accessories (character controller are not included)

There is also a bird model with 3 animations and skins.

There are several props, plants, crops, etc.. to decorate your levels.

Several custom effects and shaders (butterlies, smoke, clouds, water, terrain triplanar, foliage wiht wind,etc..)
