A mixed set of modular facade pieces you can find in Tokyo. The buildings are modelled after real buildings in Suginami, Tokyo.

Includes parts such as roofs, walls, windows, doors, balconies, stairs as well as roads. Does not include the interiors of the buildings.

Comes with a powerful master material, which allows extensive tweaking of the feel and looks of the materials.

Comes with an example scene built with the assets. All the assets support multiple materials.

Includes 37 premade buildings as well as an example scene.

Note: modelled in a real-world scale so scale the models up a bit for them to be a bit more "game-like".
