Atmos are the foundation of every sound design. They convey a basic mood and are perceived subconsciously. The Dark Atmos Sound Library conveys a gloomy atmosphere. By using sinusoidal oscillations in the sub-bass range, the player is suggested an oppressive and gloomy mood. Sinus waves in the upper frequency band create a feeling of discomfort. Stopping the signal creates a sense of relief. Handle the samples labeled "HighSinus" with care. The samples can be looped, which facilitates their use in the game.
