This package a complete Polar - Arctic research center. All buildings include interiors and lot of props, that you can create a "live" research center. You can create kitchen, living and medical rooms and other areas. Available script controlled doors for entrances, interiors and for hangar also. You can "use" lot of props, example padlock, fuses, microwave oven, fridge, cabinets and more. You can use the interior of the containers also. Have roof entrance for each buildings. You can connect the buildings directly or with corridors also. 16 different building types.

Shared materials - texture sets for the better performance.

Unique shader, what you can use for colorize the buildings, containers and barrels.

the shader available Built-In, URP and HDRP versions also. If you use URP or HDRP project, you need to change the shader. All prefabs setuped with LODs and colliders.

You can find the very basic demo terrain also in the package.

For this package need Shadergraph and Textmesh.


Fix, update in the last version:

- Organized materials what use special - unique shaders.

- Document for shader usage.

- Fixed missed textures from the URP special materials.

- Scale fix.

- Dog kennel.
