🧭 Precision gridlines for strategy, simulation, and design tools
Project clean, anti-aliased, distance-fading gridlines directly into world space — with full control over grid size, line thickness, and fade behavior. Built for all render pipelines (BRP, URP, HDRP) with performance and clarity in mind.

✅ World- or local-space aligned grid: Projects cleanly over any surface — perfect for terrain overlays, planning tools, simulation systems, and RTS-style maps.
📏 Multi-layer support: Blend two grid layers (e.g. 1m / 10m) through one material shader.
🎯 Fixed line thickness: Gridlines retain constant width in world units — no matter the grid spacing or camera zoom.
🧪 Anti-aliased lines: Uses screen-space derivatives to reduce shimmer and aliasing at distance.
🔄 Camera distance fade: Fade grids out smoothly with configurable start/end range and fade strength for each layer.
🟡 Soft mask fade: Fade out towards a certain world position, e.g. character position or cursor world position.
🎨 Texture fill: Fill individual tiles in the grid with colors from a texture, allowing you to show different states such as walkable, weights, or other.
⚙️ Fully runtime configurable: Control any settings during runtime for varying and smooth effects.
