This package is a uniquely put-together package, great for creating a number of concrete assortments!

Many prefabs included come in a "plain" style, and "broken." Which makes this a great kit for both modern building, and post-apocalyptic styles!

**This package features the following:
- 1 2048x2048 texture atlas. (Majority of the package shares only this one texture! Whereas props share their own. Now with 2 alternate textures available for walls and buildings!)
- Over 235+ Modular prefabs and props.
- An assortment of pre-built Concrete Building Modules. (All fully walkable)

This package now includes two demo scenes: "Starting Demo," and "Underground Bunker." This kit and its prefabs are great on draw calls, and frame rates. And best for third or first person, and can be easily used on both mobile and pc.
