JP Kitty Voice

JP Kitty Voice is a collection of cat meow sound effects taken from recordings of female voice actors.

From meows so realistic you can barely tell them apart from a real cat, to comical, anthropomorphized meows, to screams and yowls that are very hard to record, there's a total of 375 of these hard-to-find meow samples.

We recorded the performances of Japanese voice actresses as wav (48kHz/24bit/Mono) files, and then edited/cleaned up the files for easy use in games or movies.

"I want to put a cat's voice into my anime movie, but I can't record the real thing how I'd like it."
